Out dial & Retry mechanism
The system is allowed make multiple outbound calls at a time. For those voice calls that cannot be completed if the user’s phone is busy, or not-reachable, etc, then the retry mechanism is there.
DNC list for every campaign
The entire Do Not Call (DCN) mobile number database will be filtered for every campaign.
Multi-channel dialing option
Our outbound dialer platform is capable to dial parallel calls for fast completion of the campaign. i.e. hundred parallel calls can be initiated that can be decreased or increased as per need.
Call forwarding option
A facility is offered to play an automated call or the IVR for any incoming call and on choosing the right option, the automatic call forwarding can be enabled.
